My dog Shockley and I have stayed at the deer run quarters quite a few times. It never disappoints!! It's private, pretty, serene, clean and has great amenities. We love the back deck, gas grill, the fire pits and the hot tub especially! The hosts are fantastic: pleasant, friendly, helpful. Love that it's private yet close to town!!

We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner with our scattered family at Deer Run Lodge. Having two refrigerators and ovens was handy! The coffee bar saw some heavy usage. There is plenty of room for several activities to go on at once without bothering each other. The Pickleball court was often busy. The fire ring was going 2 days cooking hot dogs and marshmallows. We found the single level guest house to be just the thing for one family member who was on crutches following hip surgery. The hot tub, arcade game, table games, and TV were used by many. We never heard “I’m bored!” from anyone during our stay. And yes, we did get to see several deer and fawns at Deer Run Lodge.

Perfect accomodations for a group to have a fun, relaxing weekend getaway!<br/>Excellent space with more room than we knew what to do with and plenty of comfortable beds for a big group.<br/>Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival and we were able to make easy use of the fire pit, hot tub, and the truly incredible pickleball court all day.

Awesome place to stay. I definately recomend it. hosts were amazing and the property was very well taken care of.
